This company has horrible customer service. If issues arise, the manager will quickly let you know, as she did us, that you are locked in by contract and your money is theirs no matter what. We had a couple of issues with the house. We were not going to stay there. The manager was unwilling to even offer us another rental house which we would have paid her company more money for and we would have remained an Edisto Realty customer. She was adamant that we WERE going to stay in THE house we reserved. Horrible experience. We ended up going to another rental company and paid again. Word of advice: never make reservations with them, just show up, go look at the rental, and then rent the property. Pictures can be deceiving. They show only the good things about the property.
Marie and her team are amazing! I have listed 2 properties with them and have received a full offer on the first and a near full offer on the second. The transactions were seamless and painless. I basically only got 2 phone calls, "you've got an offer" and "you settle on this day". Could not be happier.
