The place was dark and dreary. The prices were sky high.. Much better prices and service down the road at Green Boat Discount Liquor.
Decent place, slightly overpriced.
I went in to purchase something small on my way to the beach. My boyfriend was with me. We are both in our early 20's. I completely understand the policy of being IDed for legal reasons, however while we were in the store shopping, a random customer came in and told the cashier/owner to "make sure she IDed 'this young man' if he tried to buy. For a store employee I understand the need to check people's IDs but it is not the place of a fellow customer to tell the owner to do this. She clearly knows how to do her job, so if I was her I would be offended that a customer would try to tell me how to run my business.
Great Selection, Great Price, Awesome Customer Service
I'm giving it 2 stars because someone answered the phone; however, that person obviously didn't know nor care about anything resembling customer service. We have 5 families coming down for vacation this year, and 3 of the 5 come every year, and I will do everything within my influence to make sure that they, nor anyone else I come in contact with, never buys or supports this sorry excuse for an overpriced liquor store.
